Hey Michael. I am sorry to say that we do not carry the power cord for the Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit # DGR6VP by itself. It may be worth contacting the manufacturer directly to see if they can provide one. Otherwise, the only option would be to get a whole new conversion kit. view full answer...
If you used the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter 50 amp to 30 amp # A10-3050EHD you'd be connecting an RV designed and rated for 50 amps to a power source that is rated for 30 amps. The power source does not push through the adapter so basically as long as you don't end up drawing more than 30 amps the power source will be fine. view full answer...
I definitely agree with you there Dave, it would be a very nice option to have, but a 90 degree cord is not something made for the 50 amp SmartPlug RV Power Inlet and Connector # SM76FR.
I will say the way the plug connects does make it a better, more robust overall connection than the standard twist lock. Reason for that is the outside of the SmartPlug completely encompasses the inlet so there's less tension on the plug, and the lid clamps down on the plug for further support. So while... view full answer...
Bob, I do have something you can work with, but all of our power inlets are 30 or 50 amps because that's what you'll find at an RV park.
So, that being said, you're going to need swap your current inlet with a 30 amp inlet, and then use an adapter to hook up to a 15 amp outlet. For a 30 amp inlet I recommend checking out the Mighty Cord Replacement RV Power Inlet part # A10-30INVP, and then from here you can just use the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter part # A10-1530DBK so you can... view full answer...

You can use an adapter such as the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter Plug for 50 Amp Female to 30 Amp Male, # A10-3050AVP to use a 50 Amp surge protector with a 30 Amp power pedestal, but you cannot use a 50 Amp power pedestal to a 30 Amp service RV or surge protector.
Any surge protector should be matched to the service of the RV. Such as the 30 Amp Power Watchdog Surge Protector, # HU97FR or the 50 Amp version of, # HU47FR. view full answer...
Hi Steve; thanks for the question and there is a 90" long x 36" wide MORryde cargo tray, will that do? If so, that part is the following:
- MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Tray # MR38FR
And you will indeed require risers, with the reason for that being the tray can only clear 1-5/8" lips. But you can get it up to 3-1/8" higher than that by using the Height Adjustment Kit for MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Trays # MR34VR.
Finally, in regards to the powered storage reel for your 50 amp cord, we do... view full answer...

You have it correct.
From the RV connection, you will use the 30 amp female to 30 amp male power cord like # A10-3025ED90. Then you will have your 30 amp surge protector like # CAM55312 for single surge or # CAM55301 for multiple surge with automatic reset which is what I recommend. Then you can use an adapter like the Mighty Cord Dogbone RV Power Cord Adapter - 30 Amp Female to 50 Amp Male - 12" # A10-5030FBK to connect to the campsite power service. view full answer...
If the trailer requires 30 amp service that is the least amount that the power source will have to have. The power source can be rated higher but the trailer is only going to draw up to a maximum of 30 amps. Provided that you use the proper connector for the trailer and for the power source it will not be dangerous.
Think of it like this: you will plug a clock radio into a wall outlet at home. The clock rated works just fine even though the outlet has much more power than the clock radio... view full answer...
